No mileage cap and no per-mile charge for in-state running. Out-of-state travel needs to be cleared first so we can confirm your insurance and our permits cover it.
We do not provide insurance — you are required to carry your own commercial auto and on-hook coverage and name Rent-a-Wrecker as additional insured before pickup. A damage waiver is available as a paid add-on at pickup if you want one.
No — straps, chains, dollies, and cones are on you; liability keeps rigging equipment with the renter. If you need a kit, ask about buying one at pickup.
Anyone on your roster with the right class of license and a clean-enough MVR. Neither the autoloader nor the flatbed requires a CDL. We check the list before release, not at the gate.
If it is our truck, it is our problem. Call the 24/7 line and we get you a swap or a repair. You are not billed for days you could not run it.
Yes, as long as the truck is not booked behind you. Weekly rentals extend at the same weekly rate — call before the return date and we adjust the paperwork.
No card is required to reserve. A deposit is taken at pickup and released on return once the truck is checked in.
