It applies to this website and to the "Request availability" form; it does not cover any third-party sites we may link to.
When you submit the request-availability form, we collect what you provide: company name, your name, email address, phone number, the market you run in, truck class, fleet size, timing and rental-length preferences, and anything you add in the notes field.
When you browse the site, our hosting and analytics infrastructure automatically logs standard technical information — IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you visit — the way most websites do.
We do not run our own tracking or advertising cookies. The site loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which may process your IP address as part of delivering those fonts; that use is governed by Google's own privacy policy.
We use the information you submit to respond to your rental request, prepare a quote, arrange pickup or delivery, and communicate with you about your account or an active rental. We do not use your information for unrelated marketing without your consent.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share it with service providers who help us operate the business — such as form-processing, scheduling, or communications tools — under obligations to keep it confidential, or when required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Rent-a-Wrecker or others.
We keep the information you provide for as long as needed to respond to your request, service your rental, and maintain our business and tax records, or as otherwise required by law.
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information you share with us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
